I am being crushed again, broken and bleeding by a man I am not in love with.
Shepherd, please help me receive the self esteem I need to either leave him or continue because I am failthful and loyal and will always remain honest.

**We are stronger** than most having survived all that we survived.  Yes, for me because of my Shepherd.  I just do not seize that strength, I feel crushed and unable to seize it.
